    • The paddler has been fever-free for more than 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medications
    • Other symptoms have improved Note: The CDC is no longer recommending a negative COVID-19 test before going back out in public
  • Per CDC Guidelines, masks are optional for fully vaccinated participants when in the boat storage, warm-up, staging, and dock areas. Vaccine exempt participants should wear masks when in these same areas

  • Rosters must be kept by the Team Captain/Coach (normally via Team Snap or hard copy) for all practice attendees. This will allow for contact tracing should anyone have been exposed to or in close contact with someone with COVID-19,
10 days prior to or during practice
  • Practice start times will be staggered by at least 30 minutes to minimize the number of paddlers congregating at the marina

Note: These are the initial AZDBA COVID-19 rules to allow participants to safely return to the water. These rules will be reviewed and updated regularly by the AZDBA Board based on changes to city, state, or CDC rules/recommendations, as well as observations, input, and feedback of the AZDBA membership.
